The 91´«Ã½ (91´«Ã½) Emerging Leaders (EL) program is a leadership development program which enables newer library workers from across the country to participate in problem-solving work groups, network with peers, gain an inside look into 91´«Ã½ structure, and have an opportunity to serve the profession in a leadership capacity. It puts participants on the fast track to 91´«Ã½ committee volunteerism as well as other professional library-related organizations.

RUSA is pleased to announce that Amanda Roper has been selected as our 2020 Emerging Leader! Amanda is an Assistant Librarian at Chattanooga State Community College.

91´«Ã½’s Emerging Leader Program is designed to enable library staff and information workers to participate in project planning work groups, network with peers, gain an inside look into 91´«Ã½ structure, and have an opportunity to serve the profession in a leadership capacity early in their careers.
