Candidate for Director-at-Large
91´«Ã½
Debbie Winlock served as a library director for twenty-five years and as a community services director for five years. During the tenure as community services director, she oversaw the community/senior center, recreation department, and the library. As additional departments were added to her responsibilities, Winlock requested a return to the role of library director. However, due to organizational changes, she was reassigned as the library manager. Despite the change in title, Winlock continued to perform the duties and responsibilities of a library director. Her passion for working in libraries and serving the community led her back to her first love—the library.
Winlock is the proud mother of four wonderful children and grandmother to six beautiful grandchildren. She values spending quality time with her family and is deeply committed to volunteering and contributing to her community. In her leisure time, Winlock enjoys kayaking on the Colorado River, finding it to be a peaceful way to relax and appreciate the natural beauty of God’s creation.
