Personal Statement
“I wish to serve as PLA President to have a greater sphere of influence to serve colleagues and library communities alike. For most library staff, their relationship to PLA is simply attending a conference every other year. Therefore, I wish to build momentum, increase the visibility and viability of our organization, so that we are a life-giving organization that empowers public library servants to successfully navigate the challenging times we are facing.”
