The ALSC Blog provides a venue for coverage of time sensitive news in children’s librarianship, current issues in the field, and programs, initiatives, resources, and activities of interest to members and those interested in children’s librarianship.

Published quarterly, CAL serves as a vehicle for continuing education for librarians working with children, and showcases current scholarly research and practice in the field and significant activities and initiatives of the Association.

#LooktoLibraries is ALSC's national public awareness campaign that demonstrates the value and impact children's library professionals have on their communities.

The Awards Shelf is database driven website presenting a curated collection of books, recordings, apps, websites, and other media for children (birth to age 14).

ALSC booklists are created as a resource for librarians to share with patrons. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to explore these titles to find resources that may match or spark their child's interest.
