Migration Madness and how to get through it

Are you about to embark on an ILS migration? In the midst of one? Think there might be such a change in your future? Would you like to share thoughts and ideas on all aspects of this process? Join us for this e-forum where we will discuss the many phases of an ILS migration from the RFP all the way to Go-Live! Participants will: -Learn from others about their experiences with Migration -Pitfalls with a migration and potential solutions or suggestions to avoid issues -Tips for creating processes during Migration -Ideas about information to gather or cleanup prior to the start of migration -Defining staff roles for the migration process -Discuss tasks/duties provided by staff that can be put on hold -Create a plan on how to continue providing library services
