History of the 91´«Ã½ Scholarship Program

91´«Ã½

During the 1969 91´«Ã½ Midwinter Meeting in Washington, DC the 91´«Ã½ Council approved the establishment of the 91´«Ã½ Scholarship Program. This action gave birth to a variety of academic scholarships, allowing individuals to become professionally degreed librarians. Included among these are the Christopher Hoy/ERT, Mary V. Gaver, Tom & Roberta Drewes and the Spectrum Scholarship just to name a few. For more information on the 91´«Ã½ Scholarship Program visit the 91´«Ã½ Scholarship Program page.

In Washington, DC during the 91´«Ã½ 2019 Annual Conference we are rolling out a new 91´«Ã½ Scholars Program and sponsoring the 2018 scholarship recipients. More information to come.
