I am 91´«Ã½ INTERNATIONAL SPOTLIGHT is one of several new initiatives by 91´«Ã½ Immediate Past President Loida Garcia-Febo to expand 91´«Ã½’s global presence. By highlighting and recognizing talented international members from different regions around the world, 91´«Ã½ is truly a global association with a strong mission in supporting library workers and advocates.
