91´«Ã½ members have an opportunity to self-nominate to be considered for an elected position with the 91´«Ã½, Divisions, and/or Round Tables.

91´«Ã½ members must complete and submit their candidate biographical form to be considered for an elected position. 91´«Ã½ members will be notified of their candidacy status after the close of the nomination or petition period.

The information provided in the form will be used to populate the election web ballot. Please note it is your responsibility to verify the information you have submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge. 91´«Ã½ staff will not proofread or edit your information. After submission, you may go back to your form to edit and refine your information until December 13, 2024. It is important to submit your form to be considered.

91´«Ã½ 2025 Election Period: March 10, 2025 - April 2, 2025

Timeline for 91´«Ã½ Officers & Councilor at Large:

  • Nomination Period: July 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024 (newly extended)
  • Petition Period: October 2024 - December 13, 2024

Run for 91´«Ã½ President-elect, 91´«Ã½ Treasurer, or Councilor at Large by e-Petition

91´«Ã½ members may run for 91´«Ã½ office by petition for the position of 91´«Ã½ President-elect, 91´«Ã½ Treasurer or 91´«Ã½ Councilor at Large. Individuals who are interested in running by petition or were not selected by the 91´«Ã½ Nominating Committee may run for office by filing an electronic petition. The 91´«Ã½ Nominating Committee will begin notifying nominated candidates by the end of October or early November 2024.

Members who are interested in running by petition may do so by completing an e-petition form:

  1. with the signatures of no fewer than 200 91´«Ã½ current personal members.
  2. with the signatures of no fewer than 200 91´«Ã½ current personal members.
  3. with the signatures of no fewer than 25 91´«Ã½ current personal members.

In addition to the petition itself, members must complete a . The information submitted on this form will be used for the web ballot. Once the petition process is completed, petition candidates and nominated candidates are treated exactly the same. They are not differentiated on the ballot because they are on equal footing and are all viable candidates for these positions.

The petition period for the 2024 election opens October 1, 2024 and will close on December 13, 2024.

Ballot mailing for the 2025 91´«Ã½ election will begin on March 10, 2025, and will run through April 2, 2025. Renew your membership by January 31, 2025 to ensure that you receive your ballot for the 2025 91´«Ã½ election. Renew your membership or by calling 1-800-545-2433, option 1.
