Common Questions:

• Do I need to use all elements of a topic?
  • No, the workshop materials are comprehensive, detailed, and intended to be edited by the instructor. Please use only the elements you feel are appropriate for your patrons. Note that if you used all elements of a singular topic you may need 4+ hours of classroom time to cover it all.
  • The modules are shorter, and you can use all of them, or just a lesson or two.
• When will Windows 11 be available?
  • The Windows 11 English workshop materials and module will be available in January 2025. Spanish versions will be available in late February.
• Where are the Spanish resources?
  • On , above the topic squares, select "Spanish Materials."
• Can I combine multiple DigitalLearn topics?
  • Yes! Just make sure you use some elements of the approved workshop materials/modules.
• What about the self-paced modules on DigitalLearn.org?
  • You are welcome to use training materials and or modules.
• Can I use my own curriculum?
  • Yes, but only in conjunction with the approved workshop materials/modules.
• Can I use the non-AT&T DigitalLearn workshop materials/modules?
  • Yes, either in conjunction with the approved workshop materials or after you have fulfilled your learner goals.
