On-Demand
Webinar
91´«Ã½
Expand the welcoming space you create for your community and fill up your own cup. Beloved kids yogi, recording artist, and author Bari Koral has filled in the missing pieces for thousands of early childhood educators. Learn to seamlessly integrate joyful yoga and mindfulness into the programs you already do, or start to create a complete yoga and mindfulness program at your library. Get ready to see some big results as you show children (and yourself!) how they can regulate their thoughts and emotions using breathing techniques, movement, music, books, and fun kids’ yoga. Plus, it’s so easy to focus on the negative. As we work you will learn to cut down on your stress, quiet your worry, relax, and recharge for the year ahead.

Panelist
Bari Koral (she/her) is a singer-songwriter for children and kids’ yoga pioneer. Her company, Yogapalooza, has helped millions of preschoolers (and their adults) move their bodies, ease anxiety, and learn self-regulating practices while being entertained. Children are discovering original content they can enjoy on repeat to raise their spirits and find peacefulness in an increasingly chaotic and anxious world. Yogapalooza has been a leader in calming classrooms and teachers for over a decade. With a hugely popular YouTube channel and hits like “Silly to Calm,” “Fly like a Butterfly,” “Going on a Dragon Hunt,” and much more, thousands of teachers enjoy and rely on Bari every day to engage and calm their children.
