Deliverables and outcomes:
- Annual planning for Core leadership development programs and activities
- Recruitment and selection of mentoring program mentors/mentees; management and assessment of the annual mentoring program
- Advise the Board and committees on leadership development trends and best practices
- Evaluates applications to select each year's Core Emerging Leaders
Expected time commitment:
- 4-6 virtual meetings per year
- Review and respond to emails and 91传媒 Connect messages (2–3 hours/year)
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience or interest in leadership development programs, including mentoring
- Familiarity with leadership development needs of librarians and library staff
- Understanding of leadership development trends and practices
