I strategically lead the development and daily operations of academic libraries and computer labs at four campuses in support of Greenville Technical College’s mission and student, faculty, staff, and community needs. This includes hiring, training, supervising, mentoring, and collaborating to plan, implement, and assess physical, electronic, and open education resource management and instruction, reference, resource sharing, copyright, and academic program review services. I also direct outreach, marketing, programming, and partnership initiatives to continuously improve and increase use of resources, services, spaces, and information and digital literacy instruction, and I negotiate, generate, and manage all budgets including planning and project management of capital upgrades.
