The best part about being a Collection Services Librarian is working with faculty, staff and students in assessing the library collection development process to ensure that collections meet curricular and assignment needs. I enjoy working on monthly order reports, creating data visualization of new acquisitions using Tableau. I’ve created an informational acquisitions procedure LibGuide to assist librarian selectors and users on how library acquisitions works.
