CJCLS Mentoring Program Committee

Develops and oversees the CJCLS Mentoring Program, pairing mentors and mentees together to help librarians interested in sharing expertise about community colleges. Tasks include creating guidelines and procedures, recruiting mentors, linking mentors with mentees, tracking program participants, providing support to the volunteer mentors and mentees, updating and maintaining online resources relating to good mentoring practices, and assessing the program.
