Ernest Hemingway lived and wrote here from 1931-1939. The Literary Landmark dedication was on the occasion of Key West's "One Island, One Book" event, when the citizens of Key West celebrated Hemingway's novel To Have and Have Not. Dedicated March 14, 2010.
