Hoffman Estates, IL - Dutelle's undergraduate studies in Spanish literature afforded her the opportunity to work with bilingual children in an inner-city literacy program. Her goal is to champion the development and expansion of resources and materials available to Spanish-speaking and bilingual children in public libraries. Dutelle will attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
