LLAMA leadership development seminar helps you discover your leadership style

91´«Ã½

CHICAGO — When you think of a leader, who comes to mind? Mahatma Gandhi? Nelson Mandela? Steve Jobs? What about you? Do you see yourself as a leader? Or can’t you imagine ever being a director? Everyone has the potential for leadership, but it can be intimidating. There are many different types of leaders and many different leadership styles. There are the autocratic leaders, the servant leaders, the democratic leaders and many more. Leadership isn’t a “one size fits all” thing – what worked for Steve Jobs may not work for you or your organization.

The LLAMA Leadership Development Committee will present “Who do YOU think you are? Finding your Leadership style,” from 1 - 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 26 in the Philadelphia Convention Center, Room 103-B. Explore your leadership identity and various leadership styles with speakers Dr. Steven Bell of Temple University and Rhea Blanken of Blanken Consulting/Results Technology, Inc. This seminar is open to all registered attendees at the 91´«Ã½ Midwinter Meeting.
