This panel discussion will offer valuable insights for librarians working with international vendors. Panelists will share their experiences and offer practical tips for collection development, problem-solving, translation, and interfacing with foreign vendors. The session will also discuss technical services aspects of purchasing international materials, such as cataloging, outsourcing, recruiting language assistance from volunteers on an academic campus and hiring staff with language expertise.
