Core Webinar - Best of Core Forum: Translating Mission Statements into Metrics

91´«Ã½

CHICAGO—Join Core for the webinar "Best of Core Forum: Translating Mission Statements into Metrics" on March 20, 2024, at 1 p.m. CT. Useful metrics must balance alignment, objectivity, measurability, and ease of communication. Mission, vision, and values statements can help anchor and direct a library, but their high degree of abstraction makes them difficult to measure, making it hard to set institutional goals and communicate successes. However, identifying the priorities that align with these statements allows you to choose metrics that effectively and efficiently measure performance. By the end of the webinar, attendees will be able to create well-aligned objectives and metrics that accurately measure relevant outcomes.

This webinar was previously presented in-person as a session at the 2023 Core Forum. We are hosting this webinar, with the session adapted and presented live as a virtual event, to extend its reach.
