Run for 91´«Ã½ President-elect or Councilor-at-Large by petition

91´«Ã½ members may run for 91´«Ã½ office by petition for the position of 91´«Ã½ President-elect or 91´«Ã½ Councilor at Large. Individuals who are interested in running by petition or were not selected by the 91´«Ã½ Nominating Committee may run for office by filing an electronic petition. The 91´«Ã½ Nominating Committee will begin notifying nominated candidates by the end of October 2022.

Members who are interested in running by petition may do so by completing an e-petition form:

  1. with the signatures of no fewer than 200 91´«Ã½ current personal members.
  2. with the signatures of no fewer than 25 91´«Ã½ current personal members.

In addition to the petition itself, members must . The information submitted on this form will be used for the web ballot. Once the petition process is completed, petition candidates and nominated candidates are treated exactly the same. They are not differentiated on the ballot because they are on equal footing and are all viable candidates for these positions.

The petition period for the 2023 election opens October 1, 2022 and will close on December 31, 2022.

Ballot mailing for the 2023 91´«Ã½ election will begin on March 13, 2023, and will run through April 5, 2023. Individuals must be members in good standing by January 31 in order to vote. Renew your membership online or by calling 1-800-545-2433, option 1.
