Stratton named 91´«Ã½ parliamentarian

CHICAGO — Adrian Stratton, president of the New York Association of Parliamentarians, has accepted the role of 91´«Ã½ (91´«Ã½) parliamentarian.
Eli Mina, who has served as 91´«Ã½’s parliamentarian for 20 years, will be retiring at the adjournment of the 2022 Annual Conference in Washington DC, June 23-28, 2022. Stratton will be stepping into this role thereafter.
91´«Ã½ employs a parliamentarian who is not a member of the association for the Council and Membership meetings of the Association.
Stratton, MBA, PRP, is a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians and the American Institute of Parliamentarians.
An active parliamentarian, he advises organizations on procedure and governance and has conducted workshops for diverse participants on fundamental issues impacting contemporary deliberative participation.
His ideas on parliamentary law have been published in several journals including the National Parliamentarian and the Parliamentary Journal.
