Preservation Week® Webinar: How to Implement Sustainability in your Facility
91´«Ã½
CHICAGO—In a time when sustainability and saving energy is imperative to slowing down climate change, institutions and organizations must become more aggressive when it comes to saving energy. There are a number of sustainable energy saving strategies that collecting institutions can implement, however, these strategies require knowledge of the facility that houses the collection as well as a strong data monitoring program. Join Core: Leadership, Infrastructure, Futures on Tuesday, April 26 for the free Preservation Week® webinar "How to Implement Sustainability in your Facility", which will not only focus on ways to start gathering data and information to begin to understand what a facility is capable of, but will also provide some sustainable strategies that institutions can implement. Attendees will walk away from this session with an understanding of what information they should be looking to collect about their institution to begin the sustainability process; knowledge of what information to collect and the importance of pairing that information with a data monitoring program; and the ability to apply this information.
