CHICAGO — The Library Research Round Table of the 91´«Ã½ announces the 2021 Jesse H. Shera Award for Distinguished Published Research and the 2021 Jesse H. Shera Award for the Support of Dissertation Research. The LRRT Shera Award Committee will judge the entries for the competition. The decision of the Committee will be announced by the LRRT Steering Committee Chair, prior to the Annual Conference.

Jesse H. Shera Award for Distinguished Published Research ()

Certificate. Presented annually, the award recognizes a research article published in English during the calendar year, nominated by any member of LRRT or by the editors of research journals and information studies.

Jesse H. Shera Award for the Support of Dissertation Research ()

Certificate and $250. Presented annually to provide recognition for dissertation research employing exemplary research design and methods.
