Core: Leadership, Infrastructure, and Futures, a new division of 91´«Ã½, will present the webinar “Don't click that link! Cybersecurity best practices for your institution and staff,” on Wednesday, October 28, from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, Central Time.
In this webinar, attendees will learn:
- Everyday cyber security measures
- Staff & Patron education and training
- Best management practices in network security
- Challenges of sharing in the digital age

Our presenters:
Sean Lang is currently the Chief Information Security Officer for the Library of Congress. Prior to joining the Library of Congress, Mr. Lang was the Chief Information Security Officer for the Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology directorate where he was tasked with assuring information security for the Department’s research labs. Mr. Lang has also held positions covering most IT security disciplines (e.g., penetration testing, security compliance, and security architecture) in both the private and public sectors. He has also taught courses on secure application development and testing.
Rob Nunez is the Division Head of Support Services at the Kenosha Public Library where he oversees the operations of IT and materials acquisition, including cyber security, contract negotiation, and workflow automation. Rob was also a member of the 91´«Ã½ Bill of Rights Article VII working group, and advocates for how libraries change lives. When not at the desk, Rob is a technology enthusiast and house handyman.
