The PR Xchange Committee is charged with coordinating the annual awards competition, under the direction of the Marketing and Communications Community of Practice, Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA), a division of the 91´«Ã½ (91´«Ã½). Over 300 entries in print and electronic formats were submitted from more than 100 institutions, including public, academic, school, state, and special libraries. Entries were evaluated virtually by a jury of 21 judges. Submissions were assessed based on the quality of content, format, design, creativity and originality. The jury, which included a group of talented marketing professionals, graphic designers, librarians, and visual artists were very impressed by the innovative work submitted by these libraries.

The 2020 PR Xchange Virtual Awards Ceremony will be held in early August via Webex. A final date of the virtual awards ceremony will be announced soon.

For those who cannot attend, the virtual event will be recorded. Winner will receive their award certificates by email.
