Upcoming free webinar focuses on data-visualization techniques

CHICAGO -- The Public Library Association (PLA) will present a webinar next month designed to help public library professionals apply data-visualization techniques to their work. The webinar is presented as part of PLA's and features , our free toolkit designed to help public libraries understand and share the impact of essential library services and programs.
This webinar, , will be held 1-2 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, August 15. The webinar is free, but registration is required and space is limited.
At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will:
- Be familiar with resources and tools that can help with data visualization;
- Understand best practices for how and when to use data visualization; and
- Be able to apply what they learned to better understand and use their Project Outcome data.
