Members who participate in 91´«Ã½’s Virtual Membership Meeting have the opportunity to share ideas and opinions about 91´«Ã½'s strategic directions and priorities. “We want to ensure 91´«Ã½ members have the most up-to-date information on the association,” said 91´«Ã½ President Loida Garcia-Febo. “The Virtual Membership Meeting is a wonderful opportunity for members to engage with their professional association, its leaders, and their own colleagues. We want to learn the issues members care about and communicate information that is essential to their membership.”

The meeting will cover topics related to 91´«Ã½’s key initiatives and finances, SCOE (Steering Committee on Organizational Effectiveness) updates, and provide participants the opportunity to discuss items of interest.

The 2019 Virtual Membership Meeting takes place on Thursday, May 9, from 1:30–2:30 p.m. (Central). Live captioning is provided so all registrants can participate. Members can follow along on social media with the hashtag #VMM19. The meeting concludes promptly at 2:30 p.m. (Central). The text-chat session will remain open for an additional 15 minutes to allow participants to wrap up conversations.
