Error Found in Election Guide

We regret than an error has been discovered in the . The link to the Council Candidate biographical information incorrectly contained information for the 2017 election. That error has been corrected and you can now view the biographical information for the 2019 candidates.
Unfortunately, the ballot email that was sent to members contains the bad link, and it would be a monumental undertaking to send corrected emails at this time. Please follow this to access the corrected Guide to the 2019 91´«Ã½ Elections.
The guide is available in format. This, as well as other information about 91´«Ã½ elections can be found on the on the 91´«Ã½ website. A special “block” and feature slide on the will also take you directly to election information.
As in previous years, the 91´«Ã½ is holding its election exclusively online. To be eligible to vote, individuals must be members in good standing as of January 31, 2019.
Polls will open at 9 a.m. CDT on March 11, 2019. Between March 11 and March 13 members will be receive an e-mail with their unique ballot URL and information about how to vote online. To ensure receipt of your ballot, members should watch for emails from: 91´«Ã½ Election Coordinator, noreply@directvote.net. Subject line will be “91´«Ã½ 2019 election login information below.”
The polls will close on Wednesday, April 3 at 11:59 p.m. CDT, and the Election Committee will meet on Wednesday, April 10 at the 91´«Ã½ offices to certify the election. Election results will be released following that meeting.
Although the election is being conducted online, there remains one exception. Members with disabilities and without Internet access may obtain a paper ballot by contacting 91´«Ã½ customer service at 1 (800) 545-2433, ext. 5. Those without Internet access at home or work can easily access the election site by visiting their local public (or in many instances academic or school) library. The last day to request a paper ballot is March 25.
