LLAMA webinar helps you find the best talent for your library

91ý

Like most organizations, a library is only as good as the people who work there. For library supervisors and managers the ability to select and support the right staff is among their most important skills. But, all too frequently it can be a supervisor’s greatest weakness. How can you make sure you are hiring the best people?

The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present “Managing the Talent: A Holistic Look at Personnel Management,” on Wed., August 15, at 1:30 – 3:00 pm (Central time). This webinar will show you how to identify talent, find the right fit, bring people on board, and identify and grow their strengths in order to keep them engaged, thriving, and focused on the future.

This webinar addresses three of : communication skills, team building (personnel), and conflict resolution (personnel).
