Chicago -- A new LITA web course, , begins, July 6, 2017, shortly after 91´«Ã½ Annual. Use the excitement generated by the conference to further explore new avenues to increase your user engagement. The contextual inquiry research methodology helps to better understand the intents and motivations behind user behavior. The approach involves in-depth, participant-led sessions where users take on the role of educator, teaching the researcher by walking them through tasks in the physical environment in which they typically perform them.

July 6 – August 10, 2017
This is a blended format web course. The course will be delivered as separate live webinar lectures, one per week. You do not have to attend the live lectures in order to participate. The webinars will be recorded for later viewing.
