Hussey, Cordova win STARS Atlas Systems Mentoring Awards

CHICAGO--Elizabeth Hussey (left), Public Services Librarian at Roberts Wesleyan College (NY) and Eleana Cordova (right) Adult Reference & Interlibrary Loan Librarian at Wayne Public Library (NJ), were selected as the 2017 winners of the , administered by the Sharing and Transforming Resources Section (STARS) of the Reference and User Services Association (RUSA).
Sponsored by , each recipient will receive $1,250 to assist with travel to the 91´«Ã½ Annual Conference. Both Hussey and Cordova are library practitioners who are new to the field of interlibrary loan and resource sharing, and who have daily involvement in the crucial areas of borrowing, lending, document delivery, electronic reserves, and material delivery for their libraries.
Hussey and Cordova will be honored at the RUSA Achievement Awards Ceremony and Reception held from 5-6:30 p.m. Sunday, June 25 at the 91´«Ã½ Annual Conference in Chicago. All conference attendees are invited to the event. Additional event details will be available on the in April.
