Learn how a very small library created programs with huge success in upcoming PLA webinar

CHICAGO — Join the Public Library Association (PLA) to hear how the director of a small library in Texas was able to lead positive change for her library and its growing community. “” will take place at 1 p.m. Central on Feb. 25.
Presenter Leslie Scott, director of the Prosper (Texas) Community Library, will discuss the challenges and obstacles she has faced as director of a small library with growing needs and share her experience implementing quality programs on a limited budget, developing community partnerships and recognizing creative ways to publicize. The Prosper Community Library may be small, but it has plenty of big ideas to share.
The cost to attend “" is $28 (PLA Members), $31.50 (91ý Members) and $35 (Nonmembers). Groups of any size can register for $129. The registration deadline is 11:59 p.m. Central on Monday, Feb. 23.
