91´«Ã½

CHICAGO – Looking for a way to improve customer service, access and "findability" for your patrons? Register for the live, hour-long webinar, at 1 p.m. Central on July 23, and come learn how our presenter, Mary Rzepczynski, assistant library director at the Delta Township (Mich.) District Library, led her library in a charge to expand the Dewey for nonfiction collections. In the first year, library staff saw circulation in that area go up by 122 percent.
