Introverted leadership topic of ALCTS President’s Program in Las Vegas

CHICAGO — Dr. Jennifer B. Kahnweiler, an Atlanta-based author, international speaker and executive coach hailed as a “champion for introverts,” is the featured speaker at the President’s Program of the Association for Library Collections & Technical Services (). The President’s Program will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2014 during the 91ý .
Kahnweiler’s bestselling books, and have sold more than 50,000 copies and are translated into 10 languages. She will be signing copies of her books at Annual.
Kahnweiler has held positions as an elementary school counselor, university administrator, federal government program director and career coach. She has also worked as a learning and development professional with leading organizations such as GE, AT&T, NASA, Pfizer, the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam, Turner Broadcasting and the CDC. She has also been a faculty member with the American Management Association and most recently was the “Maetra" (Godmother) Commencement speaker at the Universidad Americana in Paraguay.
Kahnweiler has appeared on HuffPost Live and in Forbes, Time, Bloomberg Business Week and The Wall Street Journal. She is proud to hold the designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), granted to only 8 percent of the members of the National Speaker’s Association. She heads up the Global Task Force for the Berrett-Koehler Author’s Co-op, served on the board of the National Speakers Association of Georgia and is active in the Global Speakers Federation.
