Try out Google Glass at the 2014 91´«Ã½ Midwinter Meeting

PHILADELPHIA—Come learn about , a new device from Google that's worn like a pair of glasses, made of a lightweight frame and tiny display that rests just above your eyes. The 91´«Ã½ (91´«Ã½) will host Google Glass demonstrations at the 2014 91´«Ã½ Midwinter Meeting in Philadelphia January 25th and 26th in the Grand Hall of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Wilson L. White, public policy manager of Glass at Google, and technical members of the Google Glass Team, will be on hand to talk about the wearable computers while conference attendees try them on!

Google Glass is a hands-free, heads-up display that lets you connect with the Internet for everything from maps, voice search, and video calls to email, calendar, and photos. Demonstrations will take place from 9 a.m. to noon and 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday; and from 9 a.m. to noon on Sunday. No reservations needed or accepted.

The demonstration is jointly sponsored by the 91´«Ã½ Office for Information Technology Policy and Google, Inc.
