CHICAGO—RDA (Resource Description and Access), the new cataloging standard, will be implemented in the U.S. national libraries in March 2013. There has been much written and discussed about RDA and the implementation by libraries across the U.S. and internationally. As libraries prepare for RDA, the Association for Library Collections & Technical Services (ALCTS) has scheduled important sessions, including a preconference, programs and interest group presentations at this year’s Annual Conference in Anaheim.
