CHICAGO — Today the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) announced that , the largest website for kids and teens to review books, will host the voting for the 2014 Teens’ Top Ten Books Voting that opens on Aug. 15.

For the second year in a row, DOGObooks is the host site where teens go to vote for the Teens’ Top Ten books. Last year, a record number of teens cast their ballots for their favorite book. This year, organizers expect even more young adults to make sure their voices are heard.

“It’s like the Oscars for teen books,” said Meera Dolasia, CEO and editor-in-chief of DOGO Media. “Dogo has experienced 100 percent growth in the last year with more kids and teens discovering DOGONews and reviewing books on DOGObooks. With this surge, we expect to top last year’s teen voter participation.”
