91´«Ã½

According to research conducted by the Library Journal, 40 percent of the nation's librarians will have retired by the end of this decade. Are you ready??? The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present a new webinar on this topic featuring Dr. Paula M. Singer, president, Singer Group; Suann Wymer, deputy director, Tulsa (Okla.) City-County Library and Nancy Davenport, director of public services, DC Public Library.

"Libraries have to make sure they are ready. As key staff members leave at an ever increasing rate, it becomes critical to strategically plan how library resources will be used to train and develop staff in order to fill the gaps," said Dr. Singer. This webinar is sponsored by the LLAMA Systems and Services section (SASS).

"Succession Planning and Leadership Development: Are you ready?” will be presented July 27, 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. CDT.

Fees:
