CHICAGO – No matter what stage of their career, attendees of the AASL 15th National Conference and Exhibition will find concurrent sessions to meet their needs! The conference, taking place Oct. 27-30 in Minneapolis, will feature more than 100 concurrent sessions designed to help attendees elevate both themselves as leaders and their library programs. National Conference concurrent sessions are specially chosen to help attendees “turn the page” in their careers. Sessions focus on helping school librarians implement the AASL learning standards and program guidelines, raising the level of learning in school library programs and addressing the needs of a new generation of students. Some of the exciting topics include e-book technology and best practices, managing effectively collaborating with different stakeholders and instilling a love for reading in students, K-12.

The AASL 15th National Conference and Exhibition, "Turning the Page," is the only national conference dedicated solely to the needs of school librarians and their roles as educational leaders.
