Easily incorporate free tech tools for teens @ your library with YALSA’s January webinar

CHICAGO — You don’t need to be a tech guru with a huge budget to successfully incorporate technology into your library’s teen services. Learn how to easily use technology at almost no cost to enhance teen library services in YALSA’s Jan. 20 webinar, Tech4U: Technology Programs for Every User, hosted by Megan Fink, middle school librarian and advisor at Charlotte (N.C.) Participants in the webinar will:
  • See demonstrations of free, easy-to-use Web applications like Animoto, VoiceThread, Comic Creator, Toondoo and Storybird
  • Learn how to use these tools for special library events
  • Find out how these tools can be used in school libraries and other educational settings
