ALSC releases Great Interactive Software for Kids

CHICAGO — The Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC), a division of the 91´«Ã½ (91´«Ã½), has selected its Spring 2010 list of Great Interactive Software for Kids (GISK), which recognizes high-quality computer programs and digital media for children 14 years of age and younger.
The selected products are:
- Disney Online Kerpoof Studios, Disney Online.
- Generation Cures: Caduceus, FableVision.
- Zoodles 3.4.4, Inquisitive Minds, Inc.
Members of the Great Interactive Software for Kids Committee are: Angelique Kopa, chair, Harford County Public Library, Belcamp, Md.; Kim Bautz, Dayton (Ohio) Metro Library; Michelle Call, County of Los Angeles Public Library; Sarah Erwin, Kirkwood (Mo.) Public Library; Barbara Head, Sellwood-Moreland Library, Multnomah, Ore.; and Katherine McCabe, Briarcliff (N.Y.) Middle School.
