Successful nominations will receive a framed citation from the current 91´«Ã½ President at the International Librarians Reception on the Monday evening of the 91´«Ã½ Annual Conference. The Citations will be announced in various ways including through an announcement on the IRRT website and shared with 91´«Ã½’s Public Information Office. Funding to attend the 91´«Ã½ Conference is not provided, nor is there a financial award with the Citation. Projects must be nominated by an 91´«Ã½ member or an individual with an IFLA affiliation. Nominators may submit nominations for more than one project. In order to nominate a library project, nominators must complete the (doc) and submit it to the International Relations Office by e-mail or regular mail. Individuals submitting nominations will be notified by February 1st of each year regarding the decision of the IRRT Advisory Award Committee. Citations are awarded by the 91´«Ã½ President each year at the International Librarians Reception at the 91´«Ã½ Annual Conference.
