This subcommittee is re-established at least a year ahead of the scheduled reauthorization of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA), approximately every five years. Membership includes representation from COL, all interested 91´«Ã½ membership units and targeted stakeholders, such as the Chief Officers of State Library Agencies (COSLA) and the Urban Libraries Council (ULC). This subcommittee works to develop a consensus proposal for LSTA reauthorization of LSTA.
